Thanks for shopping with By Ayaa. We know that when it comes to shopping for your little ones, things need to be simple, fast, and stress-free. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and returns process.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship Australia-wide. At this stage, we don’t offer international shipping, but we’re working on it! However, not from Australia? Reach out and we can see what we can do!
Order Processing
- All orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1–2 business days
- As soon as your order is on the way, we’ll email you with tracking info so you can follow every step
Delivery Options & Timeframes

Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location, especially in remote or regional areas. Especially as we are shipping from the NT.
Order Tracking
We provide full tracking on all orders. You’ll receive your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Returns & Exchanges
We get it – sometimes things don’t work out. If you change your mind or need a different size, we’re happy to help.
Change of Mind Returns
- Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Customers cover return postage unless the item is faulty.
How to Return
1. Email us at hello@byayaa.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you the return details and address.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If something’s not quite right – whether it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered – we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
